Submission Guidelines for Articles and Blogs:

Thank you for your interest in contributing to DAILY LEGAL! We're excited to provide a platform for legal enthusiasts to share their insights and expertise. Before submitting your article or blog post, please review the following guidelines to ensure a smooth and successful collaboration:

I. Content Guidelines:

1. Relevance: Ensure that your submission is relevant to the legal field. We welcome articles on various legal topics, including case studies, legal analysis, opinions, industry trends, and more.

2. Originality: All submissions must be original and not published elsewhere. We appreciate fresh perspectives and unique insights. We shall not be responsible for any copyright violation from your side.

3. Quality: Maintain a high standard of writing. Your content should be well-structured, coherent, and free of grammatical errors.

4. Length: Aim for a word count of 800 to 1,500 words. Longer articles should be comprehensive and engaging.

5. Citation: If referencing external sources, provide proper citations and links to support your claims and arguments. You may follow 20th Blue book edition or ILS format.

II. Formatting Guidelines:

1. Title: Choose a clear, concise, and engaging title that reflects the essence of your article.

2. Subheadings: Use subheadings to break down your content into sections. This enhances readability and organization.

3. Images: If including images, ensure they are relevant, of high quality, and properly credited.

4. Formatting: Use a legible font, bullet points, and numbered lists to make your content visually appealing.

III. Submission Process:

1. Pitch: Before writing the full article, submit a brief pitch outlining your topic, main points, and key takeaways to us. We'll review the pitch and get back to you with feedback.

2. Approval: Once your pitch is approved, you can proceed with writing the full article.

3. Article Submission: Submit your complete article as a Word document to editor.dailylegal@gmail.com. Include your author bio (50-100 words) and a headshot photo.

4. Editing: Our editorial team may make minor edits for clarity and formatting. We'll notify you of any substantial changes.

IV. Author Bio:

Include a brief author bio at the end of your article. This is an opportunity to introduce yourself to our readers and highlight your expertise.

V. Promotion:

We encourage you to promote your published article through your social media channels and networks. Engage with readers who leave comments on your post.

We are excited to introduce a groundbreaking feature for contributors to our platform. Now, when you publish an article with us, your associated dataset will also be published on Mendeley, a renowned research data repository, complete with a Digital Object Identifier (DOI).
